This may include your psychologist, authorized administrative staff involved in scheduling and billing, and trusted service providers such as Cliniko, which states that it uses secure systems to manage appointments, clinical records, and telehealth services.

  • You have the right to request access to your personal information, ask that inaccurate information be corrected, and inquire about how your information is collected, used, or disclosed. Requests are handled in accordance with applicable privacy legislation and professional obligations.

  • In accordance with the standards of the Order of Psychologists of Quebec (OPQ), we securely retain client records for a minimum of five years following the last professional service provided. Once this retention period has ended, records may be securely destroyed in a manner that protects the confidentiality of your personal information.
